I can’t find the sign I’m looking for on your site. Can you custom make it?

We sure can. We can custom make virtually any sign you need. Phone the office and explain what you need. If you have an image you can send it to us info@safetysignsaus.com.au

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

Orders are made and shipped asap so you will receive your sign within 5-7 days from your order date.

Do you have a minimum order quantity or cost?

No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity or cost but shipping fees apply. See our shipping page

How do I pay for my order?

  1. All online payments can be made through PayPal using a credit card. You do not require a PayPal account.
  2. You can also make payments via direct deposit into bank account.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?

Easy. When you click through to the checkout you will see a link saying ‘Forgotten Your Password’. Click on this link and you will be redirected to another page where you can enter the email address you used to place your first order and your password will be emailed to you.

Do I need permits from the city or other agency?

Each council has its own regulations. You may need to check which apply to your location. We can assist your application with digital photos of your sign on your building with dimensions, materials used, installation procedures etc.
